Kèr àbíhbgi̊m (/ˈəbɪ̞b/ /gi̘m/ [confidence] [alibi]) is a subtropical Town located in Castleness Dutchy, Gàdāwù Provence, within the Dalandic Empire.

The name Kèr àbíhbgi̊m is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr àbíhbgi̊m was founded by Pigeneth Fluell, who was culturaly Tauric.

Kèr àbíhbgi̊m was founded durring the late 15th century in summer of the year 1394, by Pigeneth Fluell. The establishment of Kèr àbíhbgi̊m was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Pigeneth Fluell struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Kèr àbíhbgi̊m as a prison colony.

Kèr àbíhbgi̊m was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr àbíhbgi̊m is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Kèr àbíhbgi̊m is buildings are arranged arround a network of restrictive cobblestone streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town sits comfortably behind a palisade wall complete with a timber gatehouse and battlments. The town's timber-based walls have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.

Kèr àbíhbgi̊m has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Kèr àbíhbgi̊m’s streets. The town is very clearly a joyfull place as well as relaxing. Music can be heard often, as well as laughter. The smell of food and drink permiates the air. You can’t help but smile.

These structures were is decorated with carved stone or stucco reliefs and made use of colorful stone mosaics..
